Team leader. Main responsibility is to analyze the general market and the specific market
to give a realistic value to effect a sale at the highest possible price based on the condition
and location of the asset. Oversee BPOs to make sure values are in line with the market.
REO TRANS certified, RESNET certified.

Sophia Callahan- Listing Specialist
Sophia handles all the offers on the assets. It is very important to us that all offers are
handled in a timely and professionally, especially when we have a multiple offer
situation. She handles the agent calls and makes sure they understand what supporting
documentation is required before they present their offer.

Scott Callahan- Buyer Specialist
Scott handles all buyer calls quickly and efficiently. Every buyer will be accomodated
even if they have and agent that cannot be available for a showing on the buyer’s time
frame. Scott also shares the responsibility of working with contractors, obtaining repair
bids, CFK and ongoing maintenance for the properties.

Jill Archer- Licensed Executive Assistant
Jill keeps the team organized and the work flowing from the various websites and
portals that must be checked continuously. She is in constant contact with all team
members. She handles billingand can get taks completed in a timely manner. Since
she is licensed, she can also handle buyer calls

She is able to complete her work before it is due. She is organized and detailed oriented.
She can analyze even the most difficult property. She also helps when we get over
whelmed with work.
